A few little things
you might be wondering.
Can’t find your answer? We’re here to help.
Can I choose a specific character?
Single blind boxes contain one random character, so character selection isn’t available. A full set contains six boxes with no repeated designs. Buying multiple separate single boxes may result in duplicates, even if you buy six.
Is there a hidden or secret design?
No. This collection has six regular designs and no hidden designs.
How much is shipping, and when will it arrive?
For the US, Canada and UK, shipping is free on merchandise totals of $69 USD or more after discounts, or $10 below that threshold. For supported Asian destinations, the threshold is $59 USD, or $7 below it. Orders ship from China with tracking. In-stock items dispatch within 1–2 calendar days; US in-stock orders typically arrive in 10–15 calendar days from ordering, including processing. For other destinations and preorders, see the shipping policy and the product’s dispatch information.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact support@chiipop.com within 30 calendar days of receipt with your order number, photos and a short video showing the problem. A full unboxing video is not required. We assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate; we cover shipping for confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect items where a return or replacement is needed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Can I return a blind box or cancel my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of receipt if the original product packaging is unopened; you pay return shipping. Opened blind boxes are not eligible for a change-of-mind return because of the character received. In-stock and preorder items can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. These voluntary terms do not limit your statutory rights. Read the full return policy.
